Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at ellieandma@gmail.com or 416-786-9375, and we can sort it out. You must provide proof of purchase, or your online order number within 30 days of the purchase and we can issue an exchange or store credit. There must be 75% or more of the product left to qualify. Due to the nature of the products, there will be no refunds, except in rare cases like defect. There will be no refunds on shipping costs, and all exchanged and store-credit items will be exclusive of shipping.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, send us a message; we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation & Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, send us a message and quote your order number.
