SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Items that have been ordered and paid for will ship in 2–5 business days. We ship via Canada Post.
All Canadian orders come with tracked shipping, and takes 1 - 4 business days to arrive anywhere in Canada.
Small Packet USA Air - Without tracking, takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Tracked Packet USA - With tracking, takes 1 week to arrive.
Expedited Parcel USA - With tracking, takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Small Packet International Air - Without tracking, takes between 6 - 10 business days to arrive in most countries
Tracked Packet International - With tracking, takes between 6 - 10 business days to arrive
Xpresspost International - With tracking, takes 4 - 7 business days to arrive.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can sort it out. You must provide proof of purchase, or your online order number within 30 days of the purchase and we can issue an exchange or store credit. There must be 75% or more of the product left to qualify. Due to the nature of the products, there will be no refunds, except in rare cases like defect. There will be no refunds on shipping costs, and all exchanged and store-credit items will be exclusive of shipping.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, send us a message; we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation & Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, send us a message and quote your order number.
